 The Honest, No-Gimmick Approach to Losing Weight



It is shocking to observe the amount of daily searches for the term "weight loss" when you use a keyword tracker tool or a search engine like Google. Consider www.submitexpress.com. By entering "weight loss" into their word tracking gadget, you'll observe that over 5,000 searches for weight loss methods occur daily.

The urge to be famous, liked, and sought after is present in most people, so this shouldn't be too concerning. This could explain our fascination with celebrities and our tendency to follow their weight loss trends, even if they harm our health, in an effort to seem thinner.

Any observer of nature knows that wild animals, unfettered by human interference, tend to be in tip-top shape, quick on their feet, and incredibly sharp. Why? Because, unlike humans, all animals follow the rules of nature when it comes to staying healthy. These rules include things like eating the correct foods for your kind and making sure you receive enough exercise. These are the fundamental rules, although others may include things like getting enough sleep, sunshine, and social interaction.

As the slogan of my drugless healing site says: "if one way is true, it is the way of nature." I am writing this to inform you that there are numerous weight loss myths and fads that, when carefully examined, will make you question why you ever thought it would be a good idea to give them a try.
In addition, my friends, Nature submits to no one, wants no accolades or acclaim, and merely requests a hearing.

Adopting the three tenets of Naturopathy will put you in the best position to lose weight:

-Doing It Right

-Healthy Eating

-Conscious Approach.

I will now give a quick explanation of each one:

DO IT RIGHT:

Now, I used to think that large, pumped-up muscles represented health and fitness, like the majority of people. Totally incorrect. While it may temporarily portray strength, if you ask anyone about Bruce Lee—one of the greatest martial artists of all time—they will tell you that he was far from a bloated mass of muscle waiting to atrophy and deflate, as is the case with the majority of fitness experts and body-builders who use artificial supplements. Just look at the aging expressions on their faces.

This suggests that basic aerobic exercises involving oxygen (like running, dancing, and walking) and anaerobic exercises involving non-oxygen (like push-ups, pull-ups, dips, the ab-wheel, and weight lifting for body builders) can be enough for exercise without the need for synthetic products. Yoga is unrivaled for individuals seeking a mental and physical workout.

Sun Salutations are ancient exercises that have been practiced for centuries and are considered the "best exercise for humans" by many disciplines, including Yoga, martial arts, and African wrestling. When combined with a healthy diet—which I will discuss in more detail later on—they can help you lose weight and build muscle.

Some Indians are incredibly fit, strong, agile, and virility-enhancing because they do this incredible exercise daily—100 rounds or more. Incorporating additional poses such as the inversion (Shoulder-Stand), forward bend (Head to Knee Pose), backward bend, and balancing poses (which are known to tone the arms, abdomen, and restore balance and self-confidence in those who practice them) will undoubtedly lead to significant improvements. Did you know that Beyoncé, Russell Simmons, Prince, Madonna, Sting, and Madonna all do Yoga? And did I mention that they all look amazing?

Using the body's weight as resistance in activities like Yoga, Calisthenics, and Pilates is, in my opinion, the most beneficial thing a person can do for their health. I could go on and on about the many benefits of yoga breathing exercises for weight loss and abdominal exercises in particular, but that's a whole other topic.

Can you recall a time when you witnessed a chimpanzee constantly lifting rocks? Though it is eight times stronger than the typical modern human, that extinct relative of ours can still rip the door off a car. Still, considering that humans and apes share approximately 98% of our DNA, it's hard not to imagine how much better off we'd be if we followed the rules of nutrition and exercise laid out by Mother Nature.


A HEALTHY DIET

According to the proverb, "Let food be medicine and medicine be food." (The ancient Greek physician Hippocrates)

"All the herbs that seed and all the trees that produce fruit with seeds within them shall be yours to eat" (Gen 1:29).

It should be very clear from these extreme quotations that most contemporary diets go counter to what Mother Nature intended for humans in terms of strength, agility, and physical fitness. Rereading these three quotations should make the right eating plan crystal clear if you're trying to lose weight: Horticultural Goods.

In all honesty, as someone who was a raw vegan for a while can attest, (Currently, I fast and consume mono meals of fruit and raw or cooked vegetables every other day), that would be challenging to implement and maintain. You might as well not try if you're too extreme in your approach; after all, nothing stands on shaky ground.

Fortunately, there are a number of books covering this type of diet. Even if it's covered sufficiently in my site's core e-book, you may also educate yourself on the issue by searching for Vegan Diets, Raw Vegan Diets, or Vegetarianism on any search engine. After trying the Standard American diet, the Paleo diet, and the Keto diet, I've come to believe that the first two, and possibly the third, when implemented with caution and wisdom, are the healthiest options for people.

In my post titled "Is a Low-Carb, High-Protein diet the best for weight loss?" which can be found on my site and in a few article directories, I discussed the importance of maintaining an internal clean environment and diets that do not include animal products. However, I will quickly reiterate that, considering the quotes provided and the numerous times this diet has been proven to be the greatest (just ask Bill Pearlman, who won Mr. Universe four times!), it goes without saying that a diet devoid of animal products is simply the best for humans.

Regarding the topic of proper diet, I'll leave you with this consideration based on the anthropological approach of various Naturopathic authors and simple observation: as primates, we eat mostly fruits and green leaves, just like our distant relatives the great apes. It's no coincidence that these substances also make up the mucus-less or alkaline-forming foods that science has proven to be the healthiest and, of course, the most effective for weight loss.

ENHANCED ANALYSIS:

A few passages from the Bible, the most unforgiving book ever written, remind us of how crucial it is to approach every task with an optimistic and wise mindset. "As a man secretly contemplates; so is he..." "Preserve your heart, for it is the source of all life." Having said that, your thoughts manifest into reality in due time.

The mind possesses abilities that surpass human understanding at times; nonetheless, as stated by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, author of "The Power of Positive Thinking," "You are what you are now based on your thoughts five years ago and will be what you constantly think of yourself now in five years."

Reading this post shows that you want to improve yourself, whether that's through weight reduction or something else entirely. While thoughts are important, they're useless until you do something about them.

As with any journey in life, there will be moments when you feel like giving up, losing faith, or losing focus and stopping short of your goals. This is why most people fail at diets and fads that claim to help them lose weight. My friend, to overcome these doubts and fears and keep moving forward, you literally have to tune your thinking to be positive. Applying the other two limbs of drugless healing for weight reduction will really be easier because they really go hand in hand.

Put an end to the fleeting trends and empty promises. Diet, exercise, and positive attitude are the three legs of a healthy body, and they must all be addressed in a healing program for any goal to be achieved, including weight loss.
